Account creation is available via email registration (with email confirmation) or through social media logins.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that their account information is accurate and up-to-date.

 

2. Services Provided

We offer services that enable users to create and manage advertisements on multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads.

2.1 Service Tiers

Free Tier: Users pay no subscription fee but are charged a percentage commission on their ad budget.

Paid Subscription Tier: Users pay a monthly subscription fee for lower commission rates and additional features, such as managing multiple brands under one account.

 

3. User Responsibility for Ad Content

Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of their advertisement content.

Advertisements must comply with the policies and regulations of the respective social media platforms and local laws.

Briif Media acts solely as an intermediary and does not create, modify, or approve advertisement content. However, we may provide general guidance to help users optimize their content.

Social media platforms independently review and approve advertisements. Briif Media is not responsible for rejected advertisements or any consequences resulting from non-compliance with platform or legal requirements.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in advance.

Free Tier: Commission fees on ad budgets are non-refundable, even if the ad campaign does not meet desired outcomes.

Paid Subscription Tier:

Users pay monthly subscription fees in advance.

A one-time refund is available for first-time subscribers within 30 days of initial payment.

Subsequent subscription payments are non-refundable. If a user cancels their subscription, they retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from posting advertisements that:

Contain illegal, misleading, or deceptive content.

Violate the policies or advertising standards of the social media platforms.

Promote terrorism, hate speech, pornography, or any form of harassment.

Fail to comply with national and regional advertising laws.

Briif Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

 

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Briif Media guarantees the proper functioning of its platform. If a system error causes an ad to fail or publish incorrectly, we will refund our commission fee and 50% of the affected ad budget.

We do not guarantee specific results for advertisement campaigns. Ad performance is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.

 

7. Liabilities and Responsibilities

Briif Media’s Responsibilities:

Ensuring that advertisements are published correctly through our system.

Addressing technical issues caused by our platform.

User Responsibilities:

Ensuring that advertisements comply with all relevant laws and platform policies.

Refraining from using the service for illegal or unethical purposes.

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Finland.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Finland.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

Briif Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
